Mrs. Shital decided to join the group in 2017 and with her advent, the group ventured into the retail arena. Strong headed, classy touch, emotional engagement are her strengths, combined with her rich taste has formed the store’s retail collection for My Casa Copenhagen the group’s first flagship retail store. She integrated her taste and compassion towards home decor into a business with a goal to create a seamless customer experience. She leads a team of highly professional and trained home furnishing consultants whose services not only meet but also exceed the high expectations of the customer. Creating and establishing new ideas like “virtual home”, “virtual window” and “virtual bed” she has cemented the My Casa Copenhagen brand in the retail business. She enjoys Garba (traditional Gujarati dance), travelling, badminton and socialising.
